The current lead time on all of our items is 10 - 14 days from receipt of payment. In this time your chosen piece will be specially handmade for you at our showroom and workshop in Martock, Somerset.
If you require your items at late notice or for a specific date - please get in touch with us to ensure we will be able to meet your deadline - we will always endeavour to get your items to you on time but, due to the time involved in making some pieces this may not always be possible at busy times.
All of our items are carefully packaged in individual boxes or, in the case of
some smaller items, pretty organza pouches. We aim to ensure that items
are well protected during transit, arriving with you in perfect condition.
Postage is via Royal Mail First Class Recorded service at a flat rate of
£2.50 to the UK - please contact us for postage rates to other countries.
We take great pride in the creation and presentation of our items
and want you to be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely
event that you find the goods unsuitable, you may return them within
7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the following conditions
apply :-
All of our items are finished to a high standard and are personally
checked before being sent out. We then take steps to package our
items to prevent damage in transit, however, should any of our pieces
arrive to you in less than perfect condition we will of course aim to
rectify the situation as soon as possible.
